Service Description

12 Sessions! Fridays at 10:30-11AM **Session dates: Sept 12, 19 / Oct 3, 10, 17 / Nov 7, 14, 21 / Dec 5, 12, 19 Cost: $120 for all 12 sessions or $30/month. (Full upfront payment is the preferred method. If paying monthly- You will pay $30 today and will come back to pay $30 at the start of each month.) October only: $40 (If you are joining in October and did not come in September. Since there are 4 classes) Drop in is available for $12 Open play sold separately at Gather. (Those registered in classes will receive a discount on play pricing). Learning letter sounds + names through songs + fingerplays, toy sound sorting & sensory play; such as, making letters out of playdoh, using magnetic letters. We will practice letter formation using mini dry erase boards and fine motor skills such as pencil grip. This is a great chance for gaining listening skills in a small class fun filled learning environment! In Jolly Phonics, children learn the letters in a developmental order vs alphabetical order. So in our first 6 weeks we will be learning the letter sounds: s, a, t, i, p, n. In the final 6 weeks we will learn the second set of sounds: c/k, e, h, r, m, d. We will also begin to blend letters into simple words! Taught by former Kindergarten Teacher Ms. Leena!
